Consulting:
- Phase I
- Initial on-site meeting to define the needs of
your organization
- Develop and deliver a preliminary proposal
- Phase II
- Interviews with specific employees of the
organization
- Clarify and reach agreement on the definition of
problems, goals or objectives
- Modify conditions in the preliminary proposal if
needed
- Phase III
- Initiate actions
- Periodically revisit status; make adjustments as
jointly agreed
- Continue to implement
- Phase IV
Training:
- Initial meeting to determine training needs (may be
on-site or via phone conversation)
- Deliver proposal
- Gain agreement to proceed with training
- Establish dates and related logistics
- Execute classroom training (testing is optional, but
encouraged)
- Work with trainees in actual, on-site application of
lecture material
- Provide successful participants with training
certificates
- Optional post-training activities include on-site
follow-up to evaluate effectiveness of training and determine if any
remedial work is needed
